Davide Ciarletta, also known as Mindshapes, is an Italian multidisciplinary artist whose work develops from the wave as both a visual structure and a spatial principle. Working across painting, site-specific interventions and installation, he explores how line, repetition, light, movement and scale shape perception and the relationship between artwork, viewer and environment. His recent practice expands line beyond the surface into suspended and site-responsive works activated by reflection, air, changing light and the presence of the viewer.
In 2026, he is developing Mimesi del Sogno for Orticolario at Villa Erba on Lake Como.
